Final consultation within 30-45 days before with support via email, phone and/or text, creation of Wedding Day/Event Timeline and distribution to all contracted Wedding Professionals, Vendor supervision, coordination of room set-up and breakdown of decor, and ceremony rehearsal. Full service coordination of ceremony and reception.

We offer full service customized planning, for those with busy schedules. We handle all the details so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Services include everything in our Partial Planning Package, plus Event Design, Contract Review/Negotiation, Budget Creation/Management, Meetings with Event Professionals, Seating Management, “Your Story” Questionnaire, Storyboard Creation, Signature Tablescape Design, Event Layout and access to our travel consultant for room blocks and honeymoon travel. Wedding Website available for an additional cost.
Package pricing available for custom proposals and elopement packages. Add-on packages for event design available. Hourly rates for additional planning, vendor and venue selection and management, decor, set up, clean-up and DIY projects. Price varies based on size of project.
